Saz's Western Lakes General Manager is Winner of Ocean Spray Cranberry Recipe Contest!

Ocean Spray’s Ultimate Cranberry Recipes Contest has chosen Chris Wright's recipe as the winner of their $25,000 grand prize!

The cook-off took place on Monday, October 5th at the De Gustibus Culinary School in New York City. Chris presented his dish to a panel of judges, who decided based on the taste, creativity, overall appearance, ease of preparation and the use of the cranberry.

Congratulations, Chris! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to Western Lakes, we are looking forward to seeing this dish on our Appetizers Menu!
