Thank you for your interest in the Junior Golf Program at Western Lakes Golf
Club for 2008. The focus of this program is to provide quality golf instruction
to juniors of varying ages and skill levels. Safety and enjoyment of the great
game of golf are emphasized.

| About the Staff... |
| Our Director of Instruction and Head Professional is Greg Johnson, a PGA
member since 1982. Greg’s experience as a teacher is very extensive and
includes working with many junior golfers of various ages and abilities. Many
of these students have developed into successful high school (WIAA) golfers,
and has had numerous students continue to compete at the collegiate level.
Currently, Greg is the varsity girls golf coach at Kettle Moraine High School.

| Raindate Policy... |
| The WLGC Junior Golf Program will be an seven week instructional program. A
strong attempt will be made to hold each session as scheduled. If, due to
inclement weather (or any other reason) we must cancel a class or if you are
absent in any given week, the following
alternatives are available to make up the class: |
| Raindate: If a class within the seven weeks has been cancelled due to
inclement weather you can attend the raindate scheduled class for your program/group |
| Absence: Within your specific program if you must miss a scheduled lesson you
can attend a group lesson which is scheduled on a different day or time (one time only) |
| *If more than two (2) classes need to be made up, please see Greg Johnson for approval |

| General Information... |
| Classes in which seven or less students sign up may be cancelled. Students that
have signed up for cancelled sessions shall be given the opportunity to sign up
for a class offered at a different day/time. |

| Changes in 2008... |
| Please carefully read and review the 2008 Junior Golf Program as some changes have
occurred. Students will be assigned to classes based on the students’ year in school as
of the fall of 2008. There will be golf on the course following lessons for programs I,II,&III.
Also, golf will be available for all juniors in the Western LakesJunior Golf Programs on
weekends as described below. Please review the new raindate & absence policy specified above.

| Golf on the Western Lakes Golf Course... |
| All students in the Western Lakes Junior Golf Program may play golf on Saturday,
and Sunday evenings. This opportunity will begin on Saturday, June 28th and be available
thru Sunday, August 24th. Tee times will be available beginning at 6:00pm and are not
necessary but highly recommended. Junior golfers must be accompanied by an adult. The
junior golfer green fee will be $6, adult green fee will be $10, and the cart fee will
be $6. Junior golfers may ride a golf cart when driven by an adult, but are not allowed
to drive motorized golf carts. Pace of play will be established at a maximum average of
15 minutes per hole. Starters and marshals will be available and provide assistance in
achieving pace of play goals. |

| About the Practice Club... |
| One of the best overall range and practice facilities in Southeastern Wisconsin
is the setting of our program. The practice club features a large tee area,
target greens, a chipping green, bunker green, and large putting green, all
sculptured with a series of mounds and berms. Quality range balls are provided
for the program. |

| Program #1: The TOUR PLAYERS (Grades 7,8, & 9) |
|
The program lasts seven weeks, includes seven group lessons & seven rounds of golf on the golf course.
Golf swing basic fundamentals will be reviewed and established. All aspects of the game of golf will be
covered in this program. These junior golfers will also understand the golf swing and begin to develop
the skills of diagnosis and self correction. The cost of this program is $249 with class size limited
to 16 students per session. The junior golfer in this program does not require parental guidance on the
golf course during scheduled lesson days, though parents are encouraged and welcome to accompany their
junior golfer. Please refer to listed dates and times for golf on the Western Lakes Golf Course.
Schedule is subject to change. If changes do occur, junior golfers will be notified at least one week
in advance.

| Program #2: MINI TOURS (Grades 5 & 6) |
| The program lasts seven weeks, includes seven group lessons and seven rounds of golf on the
golf course. A strong emphasis on fundamentals will highlight this group of junior golfers.
Chipping, pitching, and putting basics will be covered along with a strong emphasis of the golf
swing. The cost of this program is $224 with class size limited to 16 students per session.
The junior golfer in this program does not require parental guidance on the golf course during
scheduled lessons days, though parents are encouraged and welcome to accompany their junior golfer.

| The program lasts seven weeks and includes seven group lessons. Repitition of basic
fundamentals will be emphasized in the development of these young golf swings. Junior
tour players will also be introduced short game and putting basics. The cost of this
program is $199 with class size limited to 16 students per session. The junior golfer in
this program does require parental guidance on the golf course during scheduled lessons
days, & parents are needed to accompany their junior golfer. Please refer to listed
dates and times for golf on the Western Lakes Golf Course. Schedule is subject to change.

| Program #4: The JUNIORS (Grades 1 & 2) |
| The goal of this program is to get the basics of golf taught correctly and learned at a
young age. This program lasts seven weeks and includes seven group lessons. The cost of this
program is $124 with class size being limited to 18 students per session. Please refer to
available weekend dates/times for golf on the Western Lakes Golf Course. Parental supervision
on the golf course is required. Schedule is subject to change. If changes do occur, junior
golfers will be notified at least one week in advance. |
